We receive and study your inquiry for the Products to be
procured. Based on application, Quantity, Frequency of
consumption, and Pricing Objectives, we select the most
appropriate Vendors and send the inquiry to them.

We explain the Technical, Commercial and Delivery
requirements and obtain proposals from Vendors. |

We also make plans for our customers to visit India, if they
wish to carry out Factory Inspection of the prospective
Vendors. We make sure that our Customers spend maximum time
visiting the Factories of interest, meeting only the
responsible senior people, as we take care of all
arrangements of local travel ,hospitality and appointments.

We obtain your and Vendors agreement on all the elements of
the Purchase Contract. We also assist in planning logistics
to obtain best transport costs, at desired delivery time. We
also help prepare the Purchase Contract, Letter Of Credit
and other such Contract Documents to protect your interests.

After the Purchase Order is placed we follow up at every
stage from Developing Tooling, getting Prototype approvals,
bulk production, Third Party Inspection (of your choice),
documentation , and shipment. We ensure that technical
documentation, packing and transport logistics are done in a
manner that contracted Products are in your possession as
per plan. |

on shipments, manufacturing, prototype development and
